Every class has a scheduled daily nutritional break. Please send your student with a water bottle and a snack every day to school. (Sugary drinks are discouraged and sodas are not allowed.) The students can fill up their bottles at one of the filling stations in the school and the snack should be something that promotes energy and is nutrient rich.
