NEW! Aspen Parent/Guardian Annual Updates
Emergency Contact Updates, Health Information and Annual Permissions will now be completed online in your Aspen Family Portal Account. This online process replaces the emergency cards. Note: there will be no more emergency cards.
One parent/guardian per student should log into Aspen to complete the Online Returning Student Registration. Each student registration must be completed separately. Please see the steps outlined below for the process on how to do this in your Aspen Family Account. Click +initiate to start & review your student’s information and submit updates. This replaces the emergency cards and needs to be done for every student.
Click on each tab and review the information for your student. Hit NEXT until you get to the end. Hit SUBMIT.
When finished, be sure to hit the SUBMIT button to complete the process.
