The open enrollment period for benefit eligible staff will run 4/27-5/11 for plans effective 7/1/20.
Health, Vision, Dental and Boston Mutual Life
The enrollments for these specific insurances are passive and you do not need to complete an enrollment form unless you are adding or changing plans. If you would like to drop please email Casey Kruja.
FY21 rates with school % splits (75% employer/ 25% employee) are listed on the link titled FY2021 Carver Insurance Rates. Health insurance had an increase of 3.9% for FY21.

Voluntary Aflac Plans and FSA Accounts
Aflac will be providing voluntary benefits to the Town of Carver in FY21. These enrollment forms including the FSA program will need new signatures for the plan year.
Previous Aflac plans offered by Rick Wilson will only be available to you as a direct pay option. Aflac will be contacting you directly if you have one of those plans.
