Open Enrollment Information for 2026 – 2027:
- Starting on July 1, 2026 the Town of Carver health insurance will be administered through the Massachusetts Interlocal Insurance Agency (MIIA). With this change, Carver will leave HPI and move to Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS).
- Due to this change, all employees who wish to elect town health insurance for next year must complete a new enrollment form, even if you currently have insurance through the town.
- The town-wide open enrollment period for all benefits is April 27 – May 8, 2026

During open enrollment, representatives from MIIA will be available to answer questions in person as well as on a dedicated phone line just for Carver employees. Any town employee can attend any of the days & times below:
- Monday, April 27 from 9am to 12pm: Police Station
- Tuesday, April 28 from 9am to 12pm: Town Hall

Altus Vision:
Voluntary Aflac Plans and FSA Accounts
Aflac will be providing voluntary benefits to the Town of Carver
- Supplemental insurance (Aflac) enrollment can be done in person or virtually. If you’re interested in an AFLAC Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) you must enroll each year. If you’d like to chat with someone from Aflac in person, they will be available:
- Monday, April 27 from 8am to 10am: Carver Town Hall
- Thursday, April 30 from 2pm to 4pm: Middle High School
- Friday, May 1 from 3pm to 5pm: Elementary School
- Monday, May 4 from 10am to 12pm: Carver Town Hall
