  • Homeless Students
    The Carver Public schools enrollment policies allow students who are deemed homeless to enroll immediately. If the student does not have immediate access to immunization records, the student shall be permitted to enroll under a personal exception.
  • Student in Foster Care:
    The Carver Public schools enrollment policies allow foster care students to enroll immediately if it is in the best interest of the student to leave the school of origin. If the foster care student does not have immediate access to immunization records, the student shall be permitted to enroll under a personal exception.
NEW STUDENT REGISTRATION INFORMATION:

Carver Elementary School is happy to welcome you and your family to our school. Please see the instructions below on how to proceed with our online registration process in Aspen.

NOTE: Aspen is not mobile friendly. In order to access Aspen, you must be using a desktop or laptop

For Kindergarten:
Registration for Kindergarten for the 2026-2027 school year is NOW open. Once the online registration is completed, you will be contacted to make an appointment for Kindergarten Screening.

If your student currently attends the Preschool Program at Carver Elementary School, you have already registered in Aspen.   You will be contacted to set up a registration appointment.

Step 1 

Please use this link to set up an Aspen Account:  https://ma-carver.myfollett.com/aspen/logon.do  

This will allow you to complete the Online Registration and allow you access to your student’s information once the registration process has been completed

If you already have an Aspen account, please log in and complete the online registration process for your student that will be entering kindergarten or transferring to Carver Public Schools.

If you do not currently have a student enrolled in Carver Public Schools, you must Request an Account.  Otherwise, you can use the account that you have already created.  

Step 2 

Once you complete the Account Setup, you will be directed to the Aspen Homepage.  Once here you will click the button that says “+Initiate”.  This will bring you to the Online Registration Form. 

Step 3 

Please complete all the sections in this form.  You will not be able to move to the next section if you do not complete all of the required fields.  

Step 4 School History Form 

Please use this link to access the School History Form: School History.  Please fill in the required information and bring it to your child’s current school.  Once it has been completed, please return it to Carver Elementary School.

Step 5 

Please upload the following paperwork.  

  • Child’s Original Birth Certificate
    Must be issued by the town of birth with a raised seal or stamp.
  • Parent/Guardian Identification
  • Free and Reduced Lunch Application (optional)
  • Proof of Residence: the only acceptable forms of proof of residency in the Town of Carver are:
    — purchase and sales agreement
    — landlord residency affidavit
    — two consecutive months of utility bill
    — lease/rental agreement

Step 6 

Please then submit the Aspen Registration.    Once it has been accepted by the CES office, you will be contacted to schedule a Registration appointment.


Additional Information:

  • Medical Information:  All families (including current CES pre-school students) must  bring a hard copy of the following medical documentation to their child’s kindergarten registration appointment to comply with Massachusetts school entry regulations:
    • “Patient/School/Camp Health Record”
      This is a 1-2 page document that has everything needed for school entry in Massachusetts, including physical exam data, the complete immunization record, and lead screening results.
      (for Kindergarten: Must be dated within 12 months of planned Kindergarten enrollment).

    • For Kindergarten: The following documentation is required for Preschool/Kindergarten registration in order to comply with Massachusetts school entry regulations:

**Please do not print out screenshots from your child’s online portal unless it is the above-mentioned 1-2 page “Patient/School/Camp Health Record.”

***All pages must include the student’s name and date of birth.
