Bullying Prevention and Intervention Presentation

Tuesday, March 19, 2019 – 6:30 p.m.

Join us for an informative and powerful presentation on bullying prevention and intervention, cyberbullying, and social media use by  Dr. Elizabeth Englander on Tuesday March 19 at 6:30 in the Middle High School Auditorium. Dr Englander is the founder and director of the Massachusetts Aggression Reduction Center (MARC) at Bridgewater State University. Technology and social relationships are challenging issues for all parents, and this presentation will provide you with a toolkit of ideas that that will help you to guide,support, and teach your child. This presentation will be valuable for all parents, regardless of the age(s) of your child(ren)

School Choice Approved for 2019-20 School Year

At the March 11, 2019 School Committee meeting, a motion was made and approved to participate in School Choice enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year.

There will be 5 seats new seats available in each grade level for students in the following grade levels:
Kindergarten, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12

If interested, please complete and return application to participate in a lottery to  be held on June 7th, 2019

Music Boosters – Snow Day Reschedule: 3/11/2019

Our March Meeting is Monday 3/11/19

Our next Music Boosters meeting is coming up!  Everyone is welcome to attend.  We will be planning our Spring events including March Music Madness, Spring Concerts and Night on Broadway. The Meeting will start at 7pm in the CMHS lower library. You are free to drop in or leave at any time.

Torri Dibble, Chris Choi-Harlow, Trevor Drakakis, Payton Liddell and TJ Booth lead by teacher, Dan “Chef” Portelance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The 2018-2019 culinary team took 1st place in the ProStart Culinary State Championships held at Gillette Stadium and the Management Team placed 3rd in the state.  Senior, Trevor Drakakis was also awarded the “Jarvis Green award for Best Dish.”
Carver Culinary will represent Massachusetts at the ProStart Student Invitational, May 8-10, 2019 in Washington D.C.
