New Student Registration- Grades 6-12

New Student Registration for 2019-2020 School Year

Parent/guardians must make arrangements to forward the following documents for registration: Academic record from previous school, Massachusetts transfer card, medical records, discipline file, attendance records, and I.E.P. if applicable. Also, proof of residency and copy of birth certificate are required. Registrations cannot be completed without the aforementioned items.  See links below to print registration forms, transportation form and summer reading information.  All forms are also available in the Guidance Office.

Appointments may be made by contacting the Guidance Department at (508) 866-6144.  New student registration appointments will be scheduled August 20th-August 22nd.

If your child will require bus transportation, please print the Bus Request Form on the transportation webpage and complete and return it to Guidance with completed registration forms:

Destruction of Records- Class of 2012

To the members of Carver High School Class of 2012: In accordance with Massachusetts General Law 603 CMR 23.00, the temporary record of a student shall be destroyed no later than seven years after the student transfers, graduates, or withdraws from the school system. If any student would like to arrange to pick up their records, please contact the Guidance Department at (508) 866-6144 by November 1, 2019. After that time, all temporary records of the Class of 2012 will be destroyed.

Carver School Committee announces a vacancy on the RECREATION COMMITTEE for the 2019-2020 school year.  The School Committee has two appointments on an annual basis to this Committee to join other members appointed by the Selectmen/Town Administrator.

Shaw’s Gives Back to Carver Schools in May


Good Afternoon,
We have been notified that Carver Public Schools has been selected as a beneficiary of the Shaw’s”Give Back Where it Counts Program” for the month of May 2019.

The Shaw’s “Give Back Where it Counts Program” is a new reusable bag program that facilitates community support with the goal of making a difference in the communities where shoppers live and work. Carver Public Schools was selected as the May beneficiary of
the program by store leadership at the Shaw’s located at N. Main Street in Carver.

Carver Public Schools will receive a $1 donation every time the reusable “Give Back Where it Counts Bag” is purchased at the Carver Shaw’s location during the month of May, unless otherwise directed by the customer through the Giving Tag attached to the bag.
