Hispanic Cultural Week @ Carver Middle High School
September 22-26, 2025
The Allied Arts and World Languages Department at CMHS organizes Hispanic Cultural Week every year during the Hispanic Heritage Month. The whole school community is involved: There is decoration of the hallways, morning announcements by Ms. Cabral and a special menu offered by the cafeteria during student lunch. The library displays a selection of books written by Hispanic authors or about Hispanic culture and teachers in the Allied Arts Department offer special activities during WIN Block. SFNHS students take fun pictures of students during lunch and WIN block, and the Sophomore class runs fundraising events, including eating at Fiesta Charra and the sale of bracelets and tattoos.
It’s a week of fun cultural activities celebrated by all!
Leading the Way!

Kudos to our Fall Sports Captains at Carver Middle High School who attended a leadership summit with other South Shore League captains. It was a day filled with speakers and activities about leadership, culture, teamwork and overcoming adversity.
