CES: Parent Teacher Conference Sign Ups Begin

Parent/Guardian/Teacher Conferences grades Preschool-Grade 5, will be held on Thursday, March 27, 2025, from 1-3 pm and 5-7 pm. Your child’s teacher is looking forward to discussing your child’s progress and sharing important information with you about your child’s daily work.

As you prepare for this conference, think about questions and/or concerns you have in an effort to maximize the allotted time given. For helpful tips, please go to the following:

During the parent/teacher conference, you are welcome to bring your child to the school. They can sit in the hallway and catch up on some reading. Please let us know if you have any questions.

The Art of Story Telling with Big Ryan for Grades PreK-2
Wednesday, March 26, 2025
5:00 p.m. | Carver Elementary School

As part of March Literacy month, please join us for a fun night of storytelling and puppet-making at the Carver Elementary School, presented in conjunction with South Shore Community Action Council/South Shore Family Network/Department of Early Education & Care. Ryan Racette of Big Ryan’s Tall Tales will lead us in exploring the use of voice and sound effects to bring characters to life. Your child will also create a popsicle stick puppet from a children’s book to take home.

This event is suitable for families with children in Preschool to Grade 2. Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 5pm-6pm in the Carver Elementary School multi-purpose room. You should receive a response receipt as a confirmation of your attendance.

Middle School Movie Loft: The Princess Bride– Grades 6-8
2:00p – 4:00p | Carver Middle High School

Student Government Grades 6-8 will be showing the movie “The Princess Bride” in the auditorium on Friday, March 28 from 2 – 4pm. A $3 donation is suggested and snacks will be sold.

$3.00 donations will go towards hot cocoa and the Plymouth Animal Shelter

The Wellness Committee has updated the district’s Wellness Plan.

This plan outlines healthy eating guidelines for the districts food service program, offerings in comprehensive health, services provided by the health offices, and guidance services provided by the district as well as who to contact if you have any concerns regarding your students physical and/or social emotional wellness.

From our new greenhouse to our upgraded culinary kitchen, our state-of-the-art Makerspace to our visual arts lab and TV studio, there is something that is sure to wow every participant!
