Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences are coming up soon at CES!
These conferences will take place on Thursday, November 6, 2025, from 1:00-3:00 pm and 5:00-7:00 pm. Your child’s teacher is eager to meet with you to discuss your child’s progress and share important insights about their daily work.
As you prepare for this meeting, please take a moment to jot down any questions or concerns you may have to ensure you make the most of this valuable time. You are welcome to bring your child to the school during conferences; they can sit in the hallway and catch up on some reading.

Middle School Drama Presents: Shrek the Musical
November 7-8, 2025 | 7 p.m.
Carver Middle High School Auditorium
$10 general admission | $5 students/seniors
Beauty is in the eye of the ogre in Shrek The Musical KIDS, based on the Oscar-winning DreamWorks Animation film and fantastic Broadway musical. It’s a “big bright beautiful world” as everyone’s favorite ogre, Shrek, leads a cast of fairytale misfits on an adventure to rescue a princess and find true acceptance. Part romance and part twisted fairy tale, Shrek KIDS is an irreverently fun show with a powerful message for the whole family.

Middle School Diversity Awareness
On the early release day on October 23, 2025 Grade 6 students were invited to take a walk in someone else’s shoes as they rotated through various classroom spaces for the morning. Students in sessions hosted by special education teachers and counselors learned what it was like to live with disabilities ranging from blindness, deaf and hard of hearing and physical impairments to dyslexia, autism and ADHD. We believe increasing awareness through these experiences help to make our school environment a more inclusive space for all students.
Halloween Fun!
Many thanks to the staff and volunteers who helped to make our Halloween Friday such a fun time! Halloween colors were on display at the elementary school complete with a pumpkin parade and teachers at CMHS got into the Halloween spirit with their costumes. Later that day Grades 6-8 had a great time at their Halloween Social and the Annual PTO Trunk or Treat was a huge success! Here’s to many more great days at Carver Schools!
