Congratulations to the first Carver Coyote Champions of Change  for the 2025-26 school year announced and celebrated at the All School Assembly last week! Jordyn Utley, Dylan Tamay-Silva, Logan Reynolds, Connor CorlissDeclan Orr, and Maveryck Turner were nominated by staff members and have been seen in their classroom or in the community taking steps to make a positive impact or change. The Champions of Change demonstrate excellent behavior inside and outside the classroom, they are well-mannered, and respectful to peers and teachers.

Hispanic Cultural Week @ Carver Middle High School

September 22-26, 2025

The Allied Arts and World Languages Department at CMHS organizes Hispanic Cultural Week every year during the Hispanic Heritage Month.  The whole school community is involved: There is decoration of the hallways, morning announcements by Ms. Cabral and a special menu offered by the cafeteria during student lunch.  The library displays a selection of books written by Hispanic authors or about Hispanic culture and teachers in the Allied Arts Department offer special activities during WIN Block.  SFNHS students take fun pictures of students during lunch and WIN block, and the Sophomore class runs fundraising events, including eating at Fiesta Charra and the sale of bracelets and tattoos.
It’s a week of fun cultural activities celebrated by all!

Carver Schools Bullying Prevention and Intervention and Wellness Plans

As a  district, we are committed to regularly sharing and highlighting the district’s Bullying Prevention and Intervention Plan and Wellness Plan. We always want parents and student to know the ways to report bullying. While you can report bullying to any staff member in person, by email, by a phone call or by setting up a meeting, you can also use the online bullying reporting form that was implemented two years ago that can be found on the school district’s website at carver.org . The form can be completed anonymously at:

Carver Elementary Online Bullying Reporting Form
(https://carver.org/ces-bullyingreport/)

Carver Middle High Online Bullying Reporting Form
(https://carver.org/cmhs-bullyingreport/)

The district’s Wellness Plan outlines healthy eating guidelines for the districts food service program, offerings in comprehensive health, services provided by the health offices, and guidance services provided by the district. The website page with the plan also outlines who to contact if you have any concerns regarding your students physical and/or social emotional wellness.
