Turkey Trotting and “Twas the Night”ing
Elementary students get into the holiday spirit by taking part in the Annual Turkey Trot at the Elementary School prior to Thanksgiving break during specials and Grade 1 students put on the Annual “Twas the Night” concert for family and friends last week! Thank you to our staff members who helped to make these events possible for our students and families!
2026 Project 351 Ambassador

Congratulations to Mallory Doyle for being selected as Carver Middle High School’s Project 351 Student Ambassador. Mallory was selected by a committee of administrators and staff due to her exemplary ethic of service and values of kindness, compassion, humility, and gratitude. Student Ambassadors are 8th grade unsung heroes and quiet leaders who are eager to serve, lead, learn, and make a difference. Mallory will represent Carver Middle High School at Project 351’s Launch and Service Day in Boston in January.
Culinary Creations Club at Carver Elementary
Students in Grade 5 were invited to join the Culinary Creations Club, an afterschool opportunity where students under the leadership of Food and Nutrition Services Director Mrs. Vernazzaro and School Nurses Mrs. Berkobein and Mrs. Goldstein are learning how to create healthy meals and snacks! This was funded by the Comprehensive School Health Services grant award to the district by the work of Nurse Leader Karen Showan.
Internship Updates
Grade 12 and Pathways students have the opportunity to partner with local industries to gain valuable experience in various career fields. Many thanks to the Carver Fire Department, Carver EMS and Flexo Concepts who recently shared posts/experiences featuring our student interns.
