The Jazz Ambassadors, lead by former Carver graduate Chief Warrant Officer 2 Brian Dorgan is the official touring big band of the United States Army.

The Jazz Ambassadors is the official touring big band of the United States Army. Formed in 1969, this 19-member ensemble has received great acclaim at home and abroad performing America’s greatest original art form, jazz. Concerts by the Jazz Ambassadors are programmed to entertain all types of audiences. The band’s diverse repertoire includes big band swing, bebop, Latin, contemporary jazz, standards, popular tunes, Dixieland, vocals, and patriotic selections, many of which are written or arranged by members of the Jazz Ambassadors.

Successful Polar Plunges!

Thank you to Chris Tresca and Student Council for organizing the first CMHS Polar Plunge for Special Olympics! The Student Council is so appreciative of everyone who helped to make this event great!

Highlights:
Best School Spirit – Charlotte Rogers and Amelia Wood.Most Money Raised by Team – $1,140 Student Council.
Most individual money raised Grady Foley $360.

Our School Community had over 100 students and staff plunge and raised over $6,200 for Special Olympic Athletes! Thank you all for your support! Fundraiser is still open if you’d like to donate.
